350 Sports

A political movement like 350.org needs physical movement. And what better way to move your body than getting out on the football pitch? Whatever your sport, from football to frisbee, cricket, cycling, or horseshoes, get involved in 350 Sports.

We've launched the 350 Sports project as part of 350.org to draw attention to the great comraderie that exists among teammates, and as a perfect way to ask those friends to be a part of something you care about. It's easy:

1.Make a simple sign that says "350" and whatever other message on climate change you want to tell the world.
2.Get out and enjoy yourself with your friends in whatever sport you're active.
3.Gather the group after the game and take a team photo with your sign.
4.Post it on our actions page with the "Sports" label so that we can link all the 350 Teams up around the world.

350 Athletes

To lead our 350 Sports project, we're gathering 350 elite, professional athletes that are committed to the 350 cause. Through their actions, voices, and big-name notoriety, these athletes are building the movement to move us back to 350 in solidarity with you and your 350 Team. We're already collecting superstars, and many have taken steps to reduce their own carbon footprints and the carbon footprints of their respective sports. Check them out here.
